WESTWOOD, N.J. -- The Westwood Free Public Library is offering a free screening of "Where to Invade Next," filmmaker Michael Moore's latest offering, on Monday, Sept. 19.
In this playful documentary, Moore travels Europe and examines how European countries deal with a variety of issues, from work and education to food and drugs.
"In my view, it's one of the most genuinely, and valuably, patriotic films any American has ever made," Godfrey Cheshire wrote in his review for rogerebert.com. "Optimistic and affirmative, it rests on one challenging but invaluable idea: we can do better."
The movie has a runtime of two hours and it's rated R.
"There's something undeniably sharp and buoyant about Moore's globe-trotting, grass-is-greener approach that compels indulgence and attention," a Variety review notes.
The screening -- part of the library's Reel Art series -- will begin at 7 p.m.The library is located at 49 Park Ave. To keep up with library events, visit its website or follow it on Facebook.
