NFL Lineman, Former Westwood High School Star, Takes Hiatus From Football

WESTWOOD, N.J. -- Former Westwood High School football star and Green Bay Packer B.J. Raji announced he will not play in 2016, according to Packers.com.

Raji, who is a free agent, said he chose not to play because he didn't have a "total commitment" to the game. He also said the health of his mother and aunt were contributing factors, Packers.com reported.

Raji had been a full-time starter for the Packers for five of the last six season, Packers.com said.
