The four-time state high school wrestling champion, who went 159-0, has been cleared by the Big Ten Conference to wrestle for Rutgers effective immediately, NorthJersey.com reports.
Controversy arose last month, when Penn State granted the athlete a release to wrestle at Rutgers, but Big Ten said otherwise.
