PARK RIDGE, N.J. – Former Park Ridge Council President Keith Misciagna has a new role: mayor.
Misciagna was appointed to the position on Tuesday.
He replaced former mayor Terry Maguire who resigned earlier this month after being accused of failing to exercise due diligence on affordable housing obligations.
Misciagna has lived in Park Ridge for over 20 years, and has served on the council since 2010. He also serves on the Bergen County Planning Board.
His father, Thomas Misciagna, was mayor of Hillsdale for four years.
