Charles E. Schwab was released without bail pending a March 22 initial appearance in Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.
Members of Grewal’s Cyber Crimes Unit charged Schwab with child endangerment by possessing and distributing child pornography, he said.
The prosecutor thanked Hillsdale and River Vale police for their roles in the investigation.
