Well-Done Humor, Beefsteak As You Like It At Hackensack-Area Benefit

Beloved comedian and local newspaper columnist Bill Ervolino will entertain attendees at a community beefsteak dinner to benefit a trio of area organizations: Crime Stoppers, Hackensack PBA Local #9 and the Hackensack Regional Chamber of Commerce.

All-you-can-eat beefsteak on buttered toast will be accompanied by pasta, French fries, beer, wine and soda from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, March 27, at the Elan on westbound Route 46 in Lodi.

A cash bar will be available, as well.

The author of “Some Kind of Wiseguy,” Ervolino is a regular at Bananas Comedy Club on Route 17 in Hasbrouck Heights and has gigged at various comedy venues in Manhattan.

The Crime Stoppers group helps authorities investigate and solve crime in Bergenfield, Englewood, Teaneck, Hackensack and Bogota. The chamber, meanwhile, serves Hackensack, South Hackensack, Bogota, Maywood, Lodi, Garfield and Saddle Brook.

Tickets are $45 each OR buy a table for only $320 (seats eight people for a $45 savings).

NO TICKETS will be sold at the door. Advance ticket requests must be submitted by March 23.
