Thieves Snatch $9,300 Of Vuitton Bags At Hackensack Shops At Riverside

HACKENSACK, N.J. -- (UPDATE) Hackensack detectives were reviewing video of two thieves who fled the Louis Vuitton store at the Shops at Riverside Monday night with $9,300 worth of high-priced bags.

"They walked in, started grabbing Vuitton bags and ran out around 7:30 p.m.," said Capt. Francesco Aquila, the officer in charge of the department. "They dropped a bag, which was recovered by employees."

Witnesses told Daily Voice they saw the thieves turn a corner in the mall and run out with the high-priced bags.

The store called police about an hour later.
