John J. Schiraldi, 26, and his mother, Lisa, were taken into custody Monday after investigators stopped their car following a street buy in Paterson, Bergen County Gurbir S. Grewal said.
The Schiraldis, of Alice Place, were released without bail pending first May 31 first appearances in Central Municipal Court in Hackensack, he said.
Both are charged with drug possession.
