Wilgen "Eddie" Herasme, 38, was pulled over Monday night in the bridge's lower-level approach lanes from Route 95 for failing to keep right in his 2009 Hyundai, the authority's Joseph Pentangelo said.

Inside the front compartment officers found the cocaine-filled superhero bag, along with 11 plastic twists of crack, Pentangelo said.

Herasme was arrested on drug charges and the Hyundai was impounded, he said.

Herasme made headlines in October 2013 when he caught two babies tossed to him from a second-floor window by a one-armed, one-legged neighbor during a fire at a Bronx tenement where he'd been living at the time with his wife and three daughters.
