Visitation will be Wednesday, Dec. 6 from 4 to 8 p.m., at Our Lady of Mount Virgin RC Church in Garfield. The funeral service is Thursday, Dec. 7, arriving at the church at 8:30 a.m., followed by a 9 a.m. funeral mass.

Brooke was a lifelong resident of Saddle Brook. She died on Dec. 4 at 16 years old.

Brooke was a junior at Saddle Brook High School where she cheered competitively, played lacrosse and was in the 2017 Homecoming Court.

She was a dedicated coach for the Saddle Brook Recreation Cheer Squad, and a parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church.

A candlelight vigil was held Tuesday at SBHS for Brooke, and nearly $48,000 had been raised for her family on a GoFundMe.

Brooke was predeceased by her father, Timothy Costanzo, in 2011. She is survived by her mother, Janine; twin sisters, Samantha and Paige; and a host of loved ones, friends and family members.
