ALLENDALE, N.J. — "Goodfellas" star Chuck Low died Sept. 18 at an Allendale nursing home. He was 89 years old.
His death had gone unreported until Oct. 3, when the New York Post published a story.
Low starred as Morris "Morrie" Kessler — Morrie the Wig Shop owner — in Martin Scorsese's hit film.
The NYC native lived in Mahopac and Tarrytown, New York. He graduated Norwich Military Academy, in Vermont, with a BS degree in Electrical engineering, as well as numerous awards and leadership roles.
