Frank Colletto, 93, Of Emerson

EMERSON, N.J. -- Frank Colletto, 93, of Emerson and formerly of Dumont, died Sunday Dec. 13. 

Colletto was born in Englewood to Felicia and Carmine Colletto.

He was employed as a salesman for Sunrise Oil in Englewood, Hess Oil in Little Ferry and Dowling Fuel in, Ridgefield Park. 

He was an Army veteran serving during World War II, a past commander of Camp Merritt Post 21, Cresskill, and a member of the Dumont Rotary Club.

He was predeceased by his wife, Yvonne.

He was the father of Frank Colletto Jr. and his wife, Pat and Peter Colletto and his wife Rose; and grandfather of Mitchell and his wife, Joanne, Nicolas and Mario.

Visitation is from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday with a Catholic blessing at 11 a.m. at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Ave., Dumont. Interment with military honors will follow at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.
