Montvale Mercedes Properties Analyzed For Possible Redevelopment

MONTVALE, N.J. -- The Montvale Planning Board is looking into the Mercedes Properties to see if the plot is in need of redevelopment, according to NorthJersey.com.

Mercedes-Benz has vacated one of the three large buildings as it moves its headquarters to Georgia. The other two buildings will soon be vacated as well. Without any pending commercial prospects to fill the space, the board wants to inspect the area, NorthJersey.com reported.
