The redevelopment area spans nine lots from Lincoln Boulevard to Linwood Avenue west of Kinderkamack Road but not including Ranchero Cantina or a neighboring retail building.

JMF proposed a three-story, mixed use building near Linwood Avenue.

Selecting a redeveloper for the CBD is the first step in the borough's transformation into the 21st century, Lamatina said.

The negotiation committee is comprised of Lamatina and councilmen Vincent Tripodi and John Lazar.
