She is a current professor at the University of Phoenix’s School of Health Sciences and Nursing.

Maloney received a Bachelor of Business degree, with a concentration in Healthcare Management, summa cum laude, from the American Intercontinental University. She also received a Master of Business there with a concentration in Marketing.

She is currently working on Master of Health Administration and Doctor of Business Administration degrees at North Central University.
