But as the 15th anniversary of 9/11 approaches, he realizes that won't happen.

Stickles, a commanding officer, in a recent letter published on LinkedIn honored the 11 people from Glen Rock who died on 9/11, saying he honors his hometown by "doing my small part to make sure nobody attacks there again."
