Franklin Praschil, who earned his rank Sept. 7, will be honored at the 11 a.m. unveiling of his Emerson Memory Garden at the library, which he completed as his Eagle Scout project.

The garden — which Praschil said was inspired by the loss of his grandmother in March 2015 — will honor community members who have passed away.
