WESTWOOD, N.J. -- A veteran chef from Tavern on the Green and numerous French restaurants has received a 'Good' review from the New York Times for a Westwood eatery he runs with his sons.
Thai West opened last summer with Veera Premon, 63, and his sons Chef, 25, and Ten, 20. They also own Tisha’s Main Ingredient in Westwood and Thai Chef in Montclair, said the New York Times.
The fusion cuisine at Thai West is described as as fresh and interesting, and praise was lavished on the chicken larb and steamed mussels as well as the desserts, according to the New York Times.
