WOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J. -- The Eternal Flame Teen Fellowship at Valley Chabad took its annual weekend trip to Washington DC April 1-3.

The teens began their trip Friday at the Holocaust Museum reflecting and meeting with survivors.

Shabbat dinner that night was "focusing on how we can ensure a better and brighter Jewish tomorrow," Valley Chabad said in a release.

The group spent Shabbat with students at the Chabad of GWU and explored the area's monuments and memorials.

The trip, lead by Rabbi Yosef Orenstein of Valley Chabad Teen Leadership Initiative, is part of the Eternal Flame program supported by the George and Martha Rich Foundation.
