In this playful documentary, Moore travels Europe and examines how European countries deal with a variety of issues, from work and education to food and drugs.
"In my view, it's one of the most genuinely, and valuably, patriotic films any American has ever made," Godfrey Cheshire wrote in his review for rogerebert.com. "Optimistic and affirmative, it rests on one challenging but invaluable idea: we can do better."
The movie has a runtime of two hours and it's rated R.
"There's something undeniably sharp and buoyant about Moore's globe-trotting, grass-is-greener approach that compels indulgence and attention," a Variety review notes.
