WESTWOOD, N.J. -- Danny V's 52nd Street Band -- a long-running Billy Joel tribute band -- will play the bandstand in Veteran's Park in Westwood, on Thursday, July 7, as the borough's free concert series rolls on.

At last year's performance, more than 1,000 people attended. Besides your chairs or blanket, "Bring your lawn chairs and your dancing shoes," organizers note.

For more info on Danny V's 52nd Street Band, visit its website or Facebook page.

After this show, three more remain:

  • July 14 -- Real Diamond -- a Neil Diamond tribute band
  • July 21 -- Tramps Like Us -- a Bruce Springsteen tribute band
  • July 28 -- Reminisce, playing oldies

All performances are on Thursdays, beginning at 8 p.m.

The concert series is sponsored by Lightbridge Academy, Pascack Valley Community Life, HackensackUMC at Pascack Valley, Eric Kohlmeier of Wells Fargo Advisors, Rand Realty and Atlantic Stewardship Bank.
